- Provide expert-level support for igloos, including troubleshooting and resolving complex issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement solutions for system improvements.
- Develop and maintain documentation of support cases, knowledge base articles, and other relevant materials.
- Analyze system logs, debug code, and perform root cause analysis to resolve technical issues.
- Train and guide junior team members on best practices for supporting igloos.
- Participate in on-call rotation for 24/7 support coverage.
Job Requirements
- Strong understanding of igloo architecture, features, and functionality.
- Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to igloos.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
