Senior IAM Expert

Key Skills: IAM, Saviynt, PAM (Privileged Access Management), Sailpoint, CyberArk

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and implement identity governance solutions using SailPoint and Saviynt.
• Configure and support user lifecycle management, access requests, certifications, and approval workflows.
• Define and maintain privileged access management controls for administrative and high-risk accounts.
• Integrate IAM platforms with enterprise applications, directories, and infrastructure services.
• Investigate access-related issues, support audit requirements, and improve identity control effectiveness.

Skills Required:

• 7 - 10 years of experience in IAM, identity governance, and privileged access management.
• Strong hands-on experience with SailPoint and Saviynt identity governance platforms.
• Solid understanding of IAM architecture, identity lifecycle management, access governance, and role-based access control.
• Practical experience with Privileged Access Management concepts, controls, and implementation approaches.
• Ability to deliver integrations, configure workflows, troubleshoot platform issues, and support testing and production releases.

Good to Have:

• Experience with CyberArk privileged access management solutions.

Education: B.E., B.Tech, or B.Tech M.Tech dual degree in a relevant discipline.
