Senior Human Resources Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in managing both IT and Non-IT recruitment, with the ability to handle the complete recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.

The candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong sourcing capabilities, and the ability to understand business requirements and identify the right talent within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from requirement understanding to candidate onboarding.
• Source candidates through multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, databases, and other relevant platforms.
• Understand job requirements and develop effective sourcing strategies accordingly.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments based on experience, skills, communication, and overall suitability.
• Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate subsequent interview rounds with relevant stakeholders.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
• Manage multiple recruitment requirements simultaneously while ensuring timely closures.
• Coordinate interview schedules and maintain regular communication with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Handle offer discussions, salary negotiations, joining formalities, and follow-ups with selected candidates.
• Maintain accurate and updated candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Ensure a smooth candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Develop and maintain a strong talent pool through continuous sourcing and networking.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, sourcing techniques, and market practices.
• Work closely with internal teams to understand workforce requirements and recruitment priorities.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure selected candidates complete the required documentation and joining formalities.
• Contribute to improving recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and overall hiring efficiency.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven experience in recruitment, handling both IT and Non-IT hiring.
• Strong knowledge of the complete recruitment lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience with job portals, LinkedIn, social media recruitment, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
• Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple requirements and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with teams.
• Good understanding of recruitment metrics, trackers, and reporting.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Experience working in a fast-paced or growing organization will be an advantage.
