Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager role is responsible for supporting workforce planning and managing Human Resources activities for a project in Sambhajinagar. The position focuses on recruitment, site workforce management, policy development, corporate coordination, and engagement with relevant government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit the required workforce for the project
• Manage workforce requirements and support the management of employees working at the project site
• Formulate HR policies relevant to the project area
• Develop and maintain relationships across the company's corporate network
• Coordinate with relevant government officials on labour-related matters
