Senior Human Resources Manager

The Senior Human Resources (HR) Manager role is responsible for supporting workforce planning and managing Human Resources activities for a project in Sambhajinagar. The position focuses on recruitment, site workforce management, policy development, corporate coordination, and engagement with relevant government authorities.

Responsibilities

• Recruit the required workforce for the CSN project
• Manage workforce requirements and support the management of employees working at the CSN project site
• Formulate HR policies relevant to the CSN project area
• Develop and maintain relationships across CSN corporate network
• Coordinate with relevant government officials on labour-related matters
• Monitor recruitment outcomes, including workforce requirements and quality of hiring
• Manage HR-related matters supporting the project and its workforce
