We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Human Resources Associate to join our team in the Performance department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in human resources and excellent analytical skills.
Roles and Responsibility - Develop and implement effective performance management systems to drive business growth.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to employees.
- Collaborate with managers to develop and implement employee development plans.
- Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- Proven experience in human resources, preferably in a performance management role.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Experience with HR software and systems is an advantage.
