Senior Human Resource Solutions/Advisory Leader

ROLE OBJECTIVE

Lead consulting projects across L&D, leadership development, process consulting, and talent assessment. Partner with sales as a functional expert on consulting and capability building initiatives. Represent Company's thought leadership at webinars, round-tables, and conference sessions.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Execution of Client Consulting Projects

• Execute consulting projects in HR Capability Building, People Manager Assessments, and HR Process Consulting with high NPS scores
• Own project delivery end-to-end with team and SME support; represent Company as thought leader across external forums

Customer Acquisition & Business Development

• Partner with sales as functional expert in pitching consulting and capability building solutions
• Develop proposals, pitch documents, and cost sheets for prospects
• Demonstrate deep knowledge of all Company products and services (Advisory, Membership, Certifications, Conferences, Research, Academic Solutions)

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• MBA with HR specialization
• 10-15 years HR Advisory work experience
• Mastery of theoretical and practical HR knowledge
