Senior Human Resource Recruiter

Role & responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage the complete hiring process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Sourcing Candidates: Find applicants using portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and employee referrals.
• Screening & Interviews: Review resumes and conduct initial phone screens to test for communication skills and RCM knowledge.
• Hiring Coordination: Set up interviews with managers, discuss job offers, and complete joining steps.
• Pipeline Management: Keep active candidate lists and recruitment reports up to date.

Preferred candidate profile

• 1 to 3 years in talent acquisition, ideally within RCM or non-IT healthcare staffing.
• Domain Knowledge: Understanding of US healthcare medical billing, AR calling, and insurance terms.
• Communication: Clear verbal and written English skills to talk with candidates and foreign clients.
• Tools: Know how to use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Microsoft Excel.
