Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for Non-IT hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand hiring requirements and coordinate with hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Handle screening, interview coordination, feedback management, and offer closure.
• Manage permanent, lateral, niche, and leadership hiring.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, ATS updates, and MIS reports.
• Build strong candidate pipelines and stakeholder relationships.
