Senior Human Resource Recruiter Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, and employee data management.
• Oversee HR operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate joining formalities for new employees and manage employee life cycle events such as promotions, transfers, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain accurate HR reports using HR analytics tools to provide insights into workforce trends and metrics.
• Ensure timely completion of all HR tasks and projects assigned by senior management.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5 to 7 yrs years of experience in an HR role with expertise in recruitment generalist activities, administration, coordination, reporting & analytics.
• MBA/PGDM degree in HR/Industrial Relations or equivalent qualification.
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations related to industrial relations.
