Job Summary

Klene Paks Limited is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities for plant, sales, technical, corporate, and support functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, good communication, stakeholder management abilities, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with department heads and hiring managers.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, employee referrals, consultants, social media, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist candidates based on skills, experience, qualifications, salary expectations, and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage candidate follow-ups throughout the recruitment and selection process.
• Coordinate salary discussions, notice period negotiations, and joining dates.
• Coordinate offer release and pre-joining formalities.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure successful joining.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and talent pipelines.
• Prepare daily/weekly recruitment MIS reports.
• Track recruitment KPIs such as open positions, interviews, selections, offers, joining, and time-to-hire.
• Coordinate with recruitment consultants and external hiring partners.
• Support recruitment drives, job fairs, campus recruitment, and employer branding activities.
• Maintain good relationships with candidates, consultants, and internal stakeholders.
• Ensure recruitment activities are completed within agreed timelines and manpower requirements.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Excellent candidate sourcing and screening skills.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other job portals.
• Good interviewing and candidate evaluation skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent follow-up, coordination, and negotiation skills.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS.
• Target-oriented and deadline-driven approach.

Qualification

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
• MBA / PGDM / MSW in HR will be preferred.

Experience

• 4–7 years of experience in recruitment / talent acquisition.
• Experience in manufacturing industry recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Experience in recruiting for sales, technical, plant, corporate, and support functions is preferred.
