Senior Human Resource Recruiter Executive

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive HR Recruiter responsible for end-to-end field hiring and reducing employee attrition. The role involves sourcing frontline/field workforce, ensuring quick closures, and implementing strategies to improve retention.

Key Responsibilities:

Field Hiring:

• Manage bulk and field recruitment (Pharmacist, Pharma Aide, CSA & delivery staff, etc.)
• Source candidates through job portals, field visits, walk-ins, Job Drives, Campus Drive, referrals.
• Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with Operation managers
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined TAT
• Maintain a strong pipeline of field candidates

Attrition Control:

• Track and analyze daily/weekly attrition reports
• Conduct exit interviews and identify key reasons for attrition
• Partner with operations to implement retention strategies
• Monitor employee engagement and satisfaction at field level
• Support onboarding and ensure smooth joining experience

Coordination & Reporting:

• Maintain recruitment trackers and MIS reports
• Collaborate with operations and HR team
• Ensure proper documentation and onboarding compliance
