Key Responsibilities

• Strategic HR & Business Partnership: Act as a strategic advisor to leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, budgeting, and scaling company culture. [1, 2]
• Talent Acquisition & Retention: Oversee full-lifecycle recruitment for leadership and core teams, manage ATS workflows, and build succession plans. [1, 2]
• Performance Management: Design and execute performance appraisal cycles, goal-setting frameworks (OKR/KPI), and employee coaching/development programs. [1, 2]
• Employee Relations & Culture: Lead grievance resolutions, mediate workplace conflicts, monitor engagement metrics, and run retention initiatives. [1, 2]
• Compliance & Policy Management: Maintain company policies, handle statutory/labor law compliance (such as PF, ESI, gratuity, and POSH regulations), and coordinate audits. [1]
• HR Operations & Systems: Oversee payroll coordination, benefits administration, and HR management software (such as greytHR, Zoho People, Keka, or Darwinbox). [1]

Required Qualifications

• Experience: 8 to 15+ years of progressive HR experience, including at least 35 years in a leadership or HRBP capacity.
• Education: MBA, Master’s in Social Work (MSW), or Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or Business Administration.
• Technical Skills: Hands-on experience with HRIS/HRMS platforms, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), payroll processing, and data analytics dashboards.
• Knowledge: Deep understanding of local labor legislation, employee relations best practices, and compensation/benefits structuring.
