Senior Human Resource Manager

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR

operations, recruitment, employee engagement, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment, screening, and onboarding.

• Handle employee attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management.

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

• Manage employee relations, grievances, and performance management.

• Coordinate with department heads to fulfil manpower requirements.

• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and compliance.

• Monitor employee performance, retention, and engagement activities.

• Handle exit formalities and full & final settlements.

Skills Required:

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• Knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and labour laws.

• Good team management and problem-solving abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Excel and HRMS tools.

• Ability to manage multiple HR activities independently.

Experience: minimum 1 year in HR

Qualification: Graduate
