Key Responsibilities

• HR Governance: Standardise HR policies and compliance mechanisms across all construction sites and regional offices.
• Talent Acquisition: Source and hire specialized technical talent including Project Managers, Planning Engineers, and Contract Specialists
• Enforce strict statutory compliance for contractual labour, including PF, ESIC, and all applicable Act.
• Performance Management: Execute the annual appraisal cycle and design performance-linked incentive schemes for site teams.
• HR Digitisation: Maintain and upgrade the HRMS platform to automate attendance, payroll inputs, and site-level reporting.
