Job Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day HR activities and employee-related matters.
• Develop and maintain HR policies, systems, and processes.
• Manage recruitment and manpower planning.
• Monitor employee attendance, discipline, and performance.
• Handle employee grievances and resolve workplace issues.
• Conduct employee engagement activities.
• Manage employee records and HR documentation.
• Coordinate between the corporate office and factory.
• Support performance appraisal and employee development.
• Ensure proper implementation of company policies.
• Improve HR processes and maintain a professional work culture.
• Take ownership of HR activities and support management in people-related matters.

Requirements

• MBA / MSW / PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• 510 years of HR experience.
• Manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong employee-handling skills.
• Should be proactive, responsible, and organised.
• Should be confident in handling HR activities independently.
• Willing to visit the factory whenever required.
