Senior Human Resource Manager

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic HR professional to drive our people operations, build a high-performance culture and support our business growth.

INDUSTRY: Engineering Consultancy / Infrastructure
JOINING: Immediate / Short Notice Preferred

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead HR operations aligned with business objectives
• Manage end-to-end payroll processing, compensation and benefits administration
• Drive talent management, performance management and retention initiatives
• Develop and implement HR policies, processes and best practices
• Ensure statutory compliance and manage HR audits
• Manage employee relations and grievance resolution
• Support organizational development, training and capability building
• Partner with business leaders on manpower planning and HR interventions
• Lead and mentor the HR team
• Drive HR MIS, analytics and process improvements

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• 10–15 years of progressive HR experience
• Strong experience in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits and HR Operations
• Sound knowledge of talent management and performance management systems
• Experience in Engineering / Infrastructure / EPC / Consulting preferred
• Strong knowledge of HR policies, labour laws and statutory compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work strategically as well as hands-on with HR operations
