Payroll and compliance
- Validate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, leave, overtime, new joiners, exits) and coordinate with finance.
- Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, Gratuity, Bonus and other applicable labor laws.

Employee engagement and grievances
- Plan and run engagement initiatives across office and plant locations.
- Act as the first point of contact for employee grievances; investigate, resolve and escalate in line with policy.

- Implement HR policies, processes and changes directed by HQ Dubai, adapting them to local law and practice.
- Identify gaps and drive improvements in HR systems and workflows.

- Use Excel and AI tools to automate reports, analyze data and improve HR productivity.
Education and experience
- MBA / PGDM in HR or equivalent preferred.
- 4-6 years of HR experience, handling employees across the full lifecycle.
- Background in a manufacturing or industrial environment is essential.
- Experience working with stakeholders from different countries; exposure to a regional or multinational setup is a plus.

- Experience with an HRIS or payroll system.
- Excellent written and spoken communication in English; additional regional languages are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to plants once or twice a month.
- Self-starter and proactive problem solver who takes ownership and enjoys a challenge.
