We are looking for motivated Recruiters who can understand client requirements, identify suitable candidates, and manage the recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Role Overview

The Recruiter will be responsible for handling multiple job requirements from Aspire's clients across different industries and functions. The role involves candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, follow-ups, offer management and ensuring successful closures within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job descriptions, client expectations, mandatory skills and candidate suitability criteria.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, internal databases, employee referrals, Boolean searches and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic discussions to assess experience, skills, qualifications, current CTC, expected CTC, notice period and interest in the opportunity.
• Submit relevant and well-screened candidate profiles to clients within agreed timelines.
• Maintain a healthy pipeline of suitable candidates for assigned requirements.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up for timely feedback.
• Keep candidates engaged throughout the recruitment process and minimise interview dropouts and offer rejections.
• Follow up with selected candidates through offer release, resignation, notice period and joining.
• Maintain accurate candidate details, submission records, interview updates and recruitment trackers.
• Work towards individual recruitment targets and closure commitments.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and internal team members.
• Ensure that candidate information and client requirements are handled confidentially.

Skills and Competencies

• Good understanding of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Ability to understand different job descriptions and identify relevant candidates.
• Strong communication, convincing and follow-up skills.
• Good screening, coordination and time-management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple requirements and work within deadlines.
• Persistence in following up with candidates and converting interviews into selections and joinings.
• Willingness to learn new technologies, industries and recruitment tools.
• Target-oriented approach with a focus on quality submissions and successful closures.

Experience and Qualification

• Graduate in any discipline.
• Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition is preferred.
• Freshers with good communication skills, a willingness to learn and a strong interest in recruitment may also be considered.
• Experience using Naukri, LinkedIn or other recruitment platforms will be an advantage.
