Senior Human Resource Executive

What are we looking for?

 Key Responsibilities:

  End to End HR Generalist Role
  Recruitments through job portals, references, mapping and headhunting
  Conducting background verification checks, generating offer letters
  Handling the complete onboarding process
  Inducting new joiners
  Completing the joining formalities
  Employee Database management and updating
  Updating HR Records, files etc.
  Assisting in payroll processing
  Assisting in drafting HR policies and standard operating procedure
  Execution of implementation of new HR processes
  Executing Employee Engagement activities in the organisation
  Managing statutory compliances like, PF nomination and withdrawal forms, Gratuity ESIC etc.
  Handling employee exit formalities
  Performance Management: Assisting in setting KRA’s, appraisal forms, increment letters etc.
  Follow up on employee confirmation and contract renewals with HOD’s
  Assisting in HR project development activities
  Drafting Letters like: Offer, Appointment, Contract, Increment, Maintaining the Database.
  Handling employee grievances Basic

Requirements / Skills:

  Excellent oral and written communication skills
  Self-Starter, Go getter, proactive.
  Good organizational skills, time management and analytical skills are required.
  Recognize and be responsive to the needs of all stakeholders
  Ability to communicate effectively
  Team player
