Senior Human Resource Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lateral recruitment across various business functions and locations.
• Drive campus hiring by coordinating with colleges, placement officers, and institutions.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders for timely closures.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, LinkedIn, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR discussions, and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to selection, offer rollout, and joining.
• Maintain and regularly update candidate trackers, hiring reports, and MIS.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate with selected candidates for documentation, background verification, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely follow-ups with candidates to improve offer-to-join conversion.
• Develop and maintain relationships with consultants, colleges, placement cells, and external hiring partners.
• Support bulk hiring and drive-based recruitment as per business requirements.
• Track recruitment performance including CVs received, interviews, selections, offers, and joinings.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with business teams and provide updates on open positions and hiring status.
• Support employee engagement and HR initiatives as required.
• Ensure adherence to company recruitment policies and maintain proper recruitment documentation.
