Role & responsibilities

• Strong knowledge of end-to-end recruitment
• Good understanding of training & development
• Employee engagement and employee relations skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong coordination and stakeholder-management skills
• Ability to work effectively with shop-floor employees and management
• HR analytics and reporting skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making ability
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and HRMS/HRIS
• Ability to handle multiple HR activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Preferred candidate profile

• MBA/PGDM/MSW in Human Resources
• 37 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry
• Hands-on experience in recruitment, training & development and employee engagement is preferred.
• Kannada, English, Hindi Language proficiency
