About this role
We are looking for a Sr. HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be an HR Generalist with strong hands-on experience in:
- Payroll & attendance
- Excellent MS Excel skills
- HR operations & documentation
- Recruitment & employee lifecycle
- Labour law/statutory compliance
- Employee engagement & grievance handling
- Day-to-day HR administration
Experience in manufacturing, Jewellery or a similar environment would be an advantage.
