Job Title: Senior HR Executive (HR Generalist)

Job Location: Shindewadi, Katraj

Experience: 3 years to 5 years

Notice Period: Only Immediate Joiners!!

Job Work days: Friday to Wednesday (Thursday is a weekly holiday)

Job Description:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior to mid-level roles sourcing, screening, and interview coordination
• Handle onboarding, induction, and documentation for new joiners
• Maintain employee records and HRMS data
• Process payroll inputs (attendance, leaves, new joiners, exits)
• Act as first point of contact for employee queries and grievances
• Support performance appraisal cycles and documentation
• Assist in drafting and implementing HR policies and SOPs
• Coordinate employee engagement activities
• Manage exit formalities, F&F settlement, and exit interviews
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory requirements (PF, ESI, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile:

• MBA/PGDM in HR
• 34 years of HR Generalist experience
• Strong knowledge of HR processes and labour compliance
• Proficient in MS Excel and HRMS tools
• Good communication skills
