Senior HubSpot Consultant

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HubSpot Consultant to lead end-to-end HubSpot implementations, automation strategy, CRM architecture, and digital growth initiatives. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, capable of working directly with stakeholders, defining CRM strategy, and executing complex HubSpot solutions.

Role & responsibilities:

HubSpot Strategy & Consulting-

• Lead discovery workshops to understand business goals, sales processes, and marketing workflows
• Design scalable CRM architecture and lifecycle frameworks
• Define lead management, funnel strategy, and reporting structure
• Provide strategic recommendations to improve marketing, sales, and customer success alignment

HubSpot Implementation & Administration-

• Lead end-to-end HubSpot onboarding and portal setup
• Configure:
• CRM objects, properties, pipelines
• Workflows and automation
• Email marketing and nurturing
• Forms, landing pages, and chatflows
• Dashboards and reporting
• Manage data migration from legacy systems into HubSpot
• Ensure data governance and best practices

Marketing & Sales Automation-

• Design advanced workflows for lead nurturing, scoring, routing, and lifecycle management
• Implement marketing automation and campaign tracking
• Build sales enablement processes and automation
• Optimize conversion paths and customer journeys

Integrations & Technical Collaboration-

• Integrate HubSpot with third-party tools (Salesforce, Zoho, Shopify, custom APIs, etc.)
• Work closely with developers for custom integrations and API usage
• Ensure data sync and system reliability

Reporting & Analytics-

• Build executive dashboards and KPI tracking
• Analyze campaign performance and provide optimization recommendations
• Deliver regular performance reports and insights to stakeholders

Client & Stakeholder Management-

• Act as primary HubSpot subject matter expert
• Conduct training sessions and workshops
• Provide ongoing consultation and optimization strategies

Preferred candidate profile:

• Degree in computer science.
• Strong knowledge in any CRM configuration and customization of Sales, Services, Marketing modules and System integration with market place apps.
• Expertise in CRM customization like Work flow, Object Creation, Field creation, Tab Creation to improve business processes.
• Has knowledge of common Marketing Automation system functionality.
• Has the proven ability to learn & communicate technical concepts.
• Possesses strong written & verbal communication skills to effectively maintain relationships with clients.
