Senior HRBP Associate

What were looking for:

2+ years of experience in HRBP / Employee Relations
Hands-on experience managing employee grievances
Strong understanding of attrition and retention
Experience in preparing and managing HR dashboards, MIS & reports
Experience conducting and analysing Exit Interviews
Ability to manage a large employee span and work closely with business stakeholders
BPO / Contact Center experience preferred, especially candidates who have handled a high-volume employee population
Comfortable working in a US shift
Cab facility will be provided as per company policy
Location : Noida
