Job Title: Senior HR Executive

Working Days: 5 Days a Week (Monday to Friday)

About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented HR Executive to support and manage day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement initiatives, and employee lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of HR practices, excellent communication skills, and the ability to foster a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage employee onboarding, induction, and joining formalities.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS databases.
• Handle attendance, leave management, and employee data administration.
• Support employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
• Coordinate performance management and employee feedback processes.
• Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
• Manage employee confirmations, transfers, promotions, and exit formalities.
• Address employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.
• Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and MIS for management review.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and statutory requirements.
• Support training and development initiatives, including learning program coordination.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in HR Operations, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist functions.
• Good understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle management.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and HRMS tools.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive employee information.

Preferred Skills

• Exposure to employee engagement and performance management programs.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance practices.
• Experience working in a fast-paced corporate environment.
