Role Overview

We are looking for a smart, energetic, and highly proactive Senior HR to lead and manage the complete HR function at Techila Global Services. The ideal candidate should be an excellent communicator, people-oriented, and enthusiastic about building a positive and high-performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, performance management, policies, and employee relations.
• Own and manage the monthly payroll cycle, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and statutory compliance.
• Manage HR activities for contractors deployed at client locations, including salaries, attendance, documentation, coordination, and other related requirements.
• Manage post-deployment support for contractors placed at client locations, including addressing and resolving employee-related issues, coordinating with the end client, and ensuring smooth service delivery and strong client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
• Handle employee grievances and provide effective HR support to employees and management.
• Maintain accurate employee and contractor records and HR documentation.
• Work closely with management on workforce planning, HR strategy, and organizational development.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive, professional work culture.
