Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end talent acquisition for our healthcare operations.

The candidate will be responsible for hiring Doctors, Nurses, Allied Healthcare Professionals, Technicians, Embryologists, Administrative Staff, Front Office Executives and Support Staff, while developing a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle from manpower requirement to joining.
• Understand vacancies and manpower requirements from department heads.
• Develop appropriate sourcing strategies for each position.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

2. Healthcare Recruitment

• Recruit Doctors, Nurses, Embryologists, Lab/Clinical Technicians, Allied Healthcare Professionals and other hospital staff.
• Handle both clinical and non-clinical recruitment.
• Maintain a database/talent pool of healthcare professionals.
• Handle bulk as well as niche hiring requirements.

3. Candidate Sourcing & Screening

• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, social media, referrals, consultants and professional networks.
• Screen resumes based on qualification, experience, skills and job requirements.
• Conduct preliminary HR/telephonic interviews.
• Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate further interview rounds.

4. Interview & Selection Coordination

• Coordinate interviews with HODs, management and technical panels.
• Maintain regular communication and follow-up with candidates.
• Manage candidate expectations throughout the recruitment process.
• Support salary discussions and offer negotiations.

5. Offer & Onboarding

• Coordinate offer release and joining formalities.
• Verify candidate documents and maintain recruitment records.
• Coordinate pre-joining engagement and employee induction.
• Ensure smooth candidate transition from selection to joining.

6. Recruitment MIS & Analytics

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Prepare daily, weekly and monthly recruitment reports.
• Track key metrics such as:
• Time to Hire
• Recruitment TAT
• Offer-to-Joining Ratio
• Source Effectiveness
• Position Closure
• Candidate Pipeline

8. Team & Process Support

• Guide junior recruiters and recruitment coordinators when required.
• Support recruitment process improvements.
• Develop effective sourcing strategies for difficult-to-fill positions.
• Maintain professional candidate experience and employer brand.

Required Skills

• Strong end-to-end recruitment experience.
• Hands-on experience in healthcare/hospital recruitment preferred.
• Excellent sourcing and networking skills.
• Strong knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed and other recruitment platforms.
• Good interviewing and candidate assessment skills.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and recruitment/HRMS tools.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Strong follow-up, coordination and closure skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
• Tamil and English communication skills preferred.

Qualification

• Any Bachelor's degree.
• MBA/PGDM in HR, Human Resources, Business Administration or related qualification preferred.

Experience

3–5 years of relevant recruitment experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, diagnostics
