Roles and Responsibilities

• Source top talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, and internal databases.
  
• Screen resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
  
• Conduct initial phone or video interviews with potential candidates to assess their skills and fit for the role.
  
• Coordinate onboarding process by scheduling orientation sessions, providing necessary documents, and ensuring timely completion of paperwork.
  
• Manage end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to offer extension.
