Job Title:  Senior HR Recruiter 

Job Location:  Bangalore 

Work Timings: 12:30 PM to 9.30 PM IST 

Qualification:  Btech/MBA HR  

Experience:  5-8years of relevant experience

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment for IT, BPO, KPO, and

Finance domain positions across the Brickwork Group and working closely with hiring managers to drive timely closures in a fast-paced environment. This is a high-ownership, hands-on role ideal for recruiters who thrive in a delivery-focused environment. 

Primary Responsibility: 

• Collaborate with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities 
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, coordination, offer rollout, and onboarding support. 
• Source candidates through various recruitment and social media platforms 
• Attract/invite profiles through referral programs and personal networks. 
• Conduct initial screening and streamline the selection process in coordination with the hiring manager to conduct the skill-based assessments systematically for evaluating the technical competency of the applicants. 
• Build talent networks to find qualified active and passive candidates. 
• Focus on the quality of hires while managing high volumes 
• Prepare and present recruitment reports, hiring dashboards, and analytics to management. 

Competency / Skills: 

• Prior experience working in the BFSI/KPO/IT domain 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
• Advanced working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and reporting 
• Being proactive and desiring to take ownership 
• Attention to detail 
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines 
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills 
• Well-versed with the various job portals, Social media, network sites, references, headhunting, database, etc., for active and passive candidate recruiting. 
• Ability and willingness to learn and scale up skillset to the requirements of the organization.
