Roles and Responsibilities :

Source and attract top talent for manufacturing roles through various channels such as job boards, social media, employee referrals, etc.
Conduct initial screening of resumes and cover letters to identify suitable candidates for further evaluation.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand their requirements and provide them with a shortlisted list of potential candidates.
Ensure timely communication with both clients (hiring managers) and candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Job Requirements :

2-5 years of experience in non-IT recruitment, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and terminology.
Proven track record of successfully filling difficult-to-fill positions or meeting tight deadlines.
