Senior HR IT Recruiter

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Lead end-to-end recruitment process for IT roles, including bulk hiring and lateral hiring.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top talent in the market.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks to meet tight deadlines.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and develop job descriptions.

Job Requirements :

• 2-4 years of experience in HR or Recruitment role, preferably in BPO/IT industry.
• Strong expertise in sales hiring, sales recruitment, volume hiring, and talent acquisition.
• Proven track record of successful end-to-end recruitment processes with high accuracy rates.
