Senior HR – Human Resources

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior HR professional to manage end-to-end Core HR and HR Generalist functions. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in employee lifecycle management, recruitment, payroll coordination, attendance, statutory compliance, employee relations, HR policies, performance management, and HR operations. The candidate should be capable of independently managing HR activities in a Non-IT organization and supporting management in building effective people and HR processes.
