We are looking for an experienced and people-focused Senior HR Generalist to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to end-to-end HR functions, excellent communication skills, and a stable career track record.

Role: Senior HR Generalist

Key Responsibilities

* Manage end-to-end HR generalist activities

* Handle employee lifecycle processes including onboarding, documentation, confirmation, transfers and exits

* Manage employee engagement and employee relations

* Support performance management and HR processes

* Coordinate with management and employees on HR-related matters

* Handle salary discussions and salary negotiation effectively

* Support recruitment and manpower planning as required

* Maintain HR records, policies and documentation

* Ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations and compliance

Candidate Requirements

5-7 years of overall HR experience

Strong HR Generalist experience candidates with only recruitment experience will not be considered

Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written

Strong interpersonal and employee-handling skills

Good salary negotiation and stakeholder management skills

Ability to independently manage HR responsibilities

Good understanding of HR processes and practices

Career Stability Important

We are specifically looking for candidates with a stable career history.

* Preferably an average tenure of 2+ years per organization

* For candidates with around 6 years of experience, preferably not more than 3 organizations

* Last 2 organizations should have a minimum tenure of 1 year each
