Senior HR Executive

We are a fast-growing startup looking for a hands-on HR professional to manage end-to-end HR operations, including hiring, HR operations, compliance, and employee engagement. This role involves building HR processes from scratch and working closely with founders.

Responsibilities:

• HR Strategy and Policies: Develop HR policies, improve processes, and support management in planning and executing HR initiatives.
• Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through multiple channels, screen and shortlist profiles, conduct initial interviews, coordinate interviews, and manage offer processes.
• Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding, induction, employee orientation, attendance, payroll coordination, insurance, PF, ESIC, and exit formalities.
• Performance and Talent Development: Drive performance management, employee engagement, talent development, and learning initiatives.
• HR Operations and Engagement: Manage day-to-day HR operations and organize employee engagement activities to build a productive workplace.

Requirements:

• Any bachelor's degree with relevant skills, or an MBA, is an asset
• Hands-on experience with any digital HR tools
• Minimum of 3-6 years of HR experience; career breaks are not a problem
• Excellent communication and stakeholder skills
• Positive attitude, highly motivated, and ability to work independently.
