Senior HR Executive – IT Talent Acquisition

Location: Bhopal | Function: Talent Acquisition 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end IT/Technical hiring across IT Services, Products, SI and Infrastructure.
• Handle hiring for Software, Cloud, DevOps, Cybersecurity, Networking, Infrastructure and Enterprise Applications.
• Develop sourcing strategies using Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals and direct sourcing.
• Partner with technical stakeholders and manage screening, negotiation, offers and joining.
• Handle niche requirements, counter-offers and notice-period challenges.
• Track recruitment metrics and ensure quality closures within TAT.

Requirements

• IT Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruitment experience.
• IT Services/System Integration hiring experience preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation and stakeholder-management skills.
• Target-driven with strong ownership and problem-solving ability.
