Job Overview

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Executive – HR with 3–4 years of experience in the IT industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing end-to-end HR functions and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR operations and employee lifecycle management.
• Manage onboarding, induction, employee engagement, and exit formalities.
• Coordinate recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and offer rollouts.
• Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and HRMS data.
• Support attendance management, payroll inputs, leave administration, and compliance activities.
• Assist in performance management and employee relations initiatives.
• Ensure adherence to HR policies, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Generate HR reports and MIS as required.

Required Skills

• Strong experience in handling end-to-end HR activities within an IT company.
• Good understanding of HR operations, employee engagement, and recruitment processes.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Qualification

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Preferred Candidate

• Immediate joiners or candidates with a notice period of up to 15 days.
• Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently.
