Senior HR executive

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly capable and detail-oriented Senior HR Executive to join our Human

Resources department. This role is pivotal in overseeing the day-to-day human resources

operations. The ideal candidate will bring 3-4 years of progressive HR experience,

demonstrating expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management,

and employment law compliance.

As a trusted advisor to leadership, the Senior HR Executive will take ownership of the full

employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to offboarding and retention.

This position requires a self-starter who can work autonomously, exercise sound judgment,

and maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and professionalism while supporting

the strategic objectives of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

* Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and extending offers

* Develop and implement onboarding and orientation programs to ensure new hires integrate smoothly into the organization

* Manage employee offboarding procedures, including conducting exit interviews and coordinating final settlements

* Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases, and personnel files

* Develop, update, and communicate HR policies and procedures in alignment with organizational goals

* Oversee the performance appraisal system, facilitating goal setting, reviews, and development planning

* Manage employee relations, addressing grievances, resolving conflicts, and promoting a harmonious workplace

* Administer employee engagement initiatives, wellness programs, and retention strategies to boost morale

* Ensure full compliance with labor laws, tax regulations, and statutory reporting requirements

* Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs across the organization

Qualifications and Requirements

Educational Background

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a

related field

Professional Experience

* 3-4 years of hands-on experience in an HR generalist or executive role

* Demonstrated experience managing recruitment and employee relations independently

* Proven track record of working effectively with senior leadership and executive teams
