Senior HR Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end recruitment for IT Infrastructure and technical roles.
• Candidate sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Handling onboarding and offboarding activities.
• Maintaining employee records, HRMS, attendance, and leave data.
• Assisting with payroll inputs and HR documentation.
• Supporting employee engagement and day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills:

• Experience in IT recruitment and HR operations.
• Good understanding of IT roles and technologies.
• Familiarity with ATS, HRMS, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn).
• Strong communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Proficiency in MS ExcelRole & responsibilities.
