Location: Hyderabad

Mode of Work: 100% In-Office (On-Site)

Experience: 4–5 Years (Manufacturing Experience Required)

Key Responsibilities:

• Daily factory HR activities, attendance, leave, overtime and shift management.
• Worker on-boarding, HRMS records and employee documentation.
• Worker availability as per shift notice.
• Labour contractors coordination, bills verification and statutory compliance.
• Payroll management, attendance reconciliation.
• Employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and absenteeism.
• Hire to retire of employees, and employee retention initiatives.
• Compliance of applicable labour laws, PF, ESI and factory-related statutory requirements.
• HR MIS reports, manpower productivity reports and management dashboards.
• Drive HR process improvements, SOP implementation, employee training and workplace discipline.

Requirements:

• 4–5 years of HR related experience in a manufacturing/factory environment.
• Advanced Excel proficiency is mandatory.
• Experience with any HRMS is mandatory; Saral HRMS is an added advantage.
• Fluency in Telugu, Hindi and English is mandatory.
• Strong understanding of payroll, statutory compliance and employee relations.
• Ability to independently resolve HR issues and coordinate effectively with department heads.
• Strong communication, leadership, follow-up and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to work up to one night shift per week, as required, is an added advantage.
