Job Purpose

Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, ensuring timely hiring of qualified candidates aligned with organizational manpower requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and prepare/coordinate job descriptions and requisitions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultants, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic/virtual interviews.
• Coordinate interview schedules with HODs, functional heads, and interview panels.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to defined recruitment TAT and hiring processes.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, document collection, and joining formalities.
• Track offer-to-joining ratio, source effectiveness, and recruitment TAT.
• Maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future manpower requirements.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Support background verification, reference checks, and pre-employment documentation.
• Prepare regular recruitment dashboards and provide hiring updates to management.
