Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic HR professional with hands-on experience across Talent Acquisition, Employee Engagement and HR Operations. The role requires strong ownership, stakeholder management and the ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare RCM environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment across RCM Operations and Support functions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, vendors and other channels.
• Conduct HR screening, interview coordination, offer management and joining follow-ups.
• Drive employee engagement initiatives, events, HR connects and employee communication.
• Support onboarding, induction, attendance, employee documentation and HR records.
• Handle employee queries and ensure timely closure with appropriate documentation.
• Support performance management, employee relations and exit processes.
• Maintain recruitment and HR trackers, dashboards and MIS reports.
• Partner with business managers on manpower requirements and day-to-day HR operations.
• Ensure adherence to organizational HR policies and processes.
