Senior HR Executive and Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions within the organization.
• Conduct performance appraisals, exit interviews, and grievance handling to ensure employee satisfaction.
• Handle induction programs, exit formalities, misreporting issues, and other generalist activities related to HR.
• Formulate HR policies and procedures to align with company goals.

Job Requirements :

• 5-10 years of experience in an HR role with expertise in talent acquisition, recruitment, and generalist activities.
• Strong understanding of HR policy formulation and implementation.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle sensitive situations such as grievances and exits.
