Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Senior Human Resources professional to manage and strengthen HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, performance management, and HR policies. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and interpersonal skills, sound knowledge of HR practices, and the ability to independently manage day-to-day HR functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with management/hiring managers.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interview rounds.
• Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain an active candidate database and recruitment tracker.

2. Employee Relations & Engagement

• Act as the primary HR point of contact for employees.
• Handle employee concerns, grievances, and workplace-related matters professionally.
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
• Promote a positive, professional, and productive work culture.
• Conduct employee feedback and engagement activities.

3. HR Operations & Compliance

• Manage employee records, HR documentation, attendance, leave, and HRMS activities.
• Ensure timely completion of onboarding and exit formalities.
• Maintain accurate employee databases and personnel files.
• Support payroll inputs, attendance validation, leave records, and salary-related HR coordination.
• Ensure HR processes are aligned with applicable company policies and statutory requirements.

4. Performance Management

• Coordinate the employee performance appraisal process.
• Track KRAs, KPIs, probation reviews, and performance evaluations.
• Work with managers to identify performance gaps and improvement areas.
• Assist in developing performance improvement plans where required.
