Job Title: HR Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive – Facility Management
Location: Pune
Experience: 4–5 Years

Job Purpose:
Responsible for end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and frontline Facility Management positions, ensuring timely availability of skilled manpower as per site requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Electricians, Plumbers, Technicians, Housekeeping Staff, Helpers and other Facility Management positions.
• Understand manpower requirements, job profiles, experience and salary budgets.
• Source candidates through job portals, references, local hiring, databases and other recruitment channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, location, salary expectations and notice period.
• Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews with site/operations teams.
• Schedule interviews and maintain regular candidate follow-ups.
• Coordinate document collection, background verification and pre-joining formalities.
• Manage salary discussions and joining confirmation.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and daily/weekly hiring MIS.
• Coordinate with site teams and operations managers for manpower requirements.
• Ensure timely closure of vacancies as per agreed TAT.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment documentation.

Preferred Candidate:

• 4–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Facility Management / Blue-Collar / Technical Recruitment.
• Experience in bulk hiring and frontline manpower recruitment.
• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening technical and housekeeping profiles.
• Strong communication, coordination and negotiation skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment portals.
• Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work within tight deadlines.
