Senior HR Consultant, HR Consultant, HR Generalist

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage HR operations, including employee life cycle processes such as onboarding, offboarding, performance management, and benefits administration.
• Provide advisory services to employees on various HR-related matters, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Oversee the implementation of BGV (Business Group Values) initiatives across the organization to promote a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex cases related to payroll processing, PIPs (Performance Improvement Plans), and other HR-related issues.

Job Requirements :

• 8-14 years of experience in an HR Generalist role or similar position.
• Strong understanding of HR operations HR SHared services, employee case/query management, including employee life cycle processes from recruitment to separation.
• Proficiency in using tools like ServiceNow or Workday for case management and workflow automation.
