Senior HR Business Partner - Manufacturing

Job Description:

- Seeking an experienced Senior Human Resources Business Partner for a reputed and well-known Manufacturing Organisation for their Corporate office.

- Looking for a profile with excellent communication skills for a strategic HR leadership role responsible for partnering with senior stakeholders across Finance, Legal, HR, IT, Marketing, Projects, OEM and Export Sales, Aftermarket Sales, while also supporting the HR agenda for a team of Pan India Sales organization.

- The role will drive the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including Talent Acquisition, Onboarding, Performance Management, Talent Management, Learning & Development, Employee Engagement, Reward & Recognition, Succession Planning, and strategic HR Projects.

- The role will act as a trusted advisor to Functional Heads, CXOs, Chairman, Director and the CHRO, and the incumbent will play a key role in aligning people strategies with business priorities, strengthening organizational capability, and fostering a high-performance culture.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- The ideal candidate should have 20-25 years of progressive HRBP experience within a large manufacturing, automotive, engineering, or industrial organization, preferably Listed companies with a turnover of not less than 1000cr and with proven expertise in stakeholder management, talent strategy, and business partnering.

- The role also includes leading a team.

- The role requires candidate to demonstrate a stable career progression, strong business acumen, and the ability to influence senior leadership in a fast-paced, professionally managed organization.
