We are urgently looking for a Senior HR & Admini. Executive / Assistant Manager to join our team at our Head Office in Pettah, Kochi.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Human Resources Management or a related discipline.
• 5 -10 years of relevant HR & Administration experience.
• Prior experience in the IT, BIM, Engineering Design, or related sectors is mandatory.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
• Strong organizational, recruitment, and employee engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead recruitment and talent acquisition activities for BIM and technical positions at all levels.
• Manage employee induction, orientation, onboarding, retention, welfare, and engagement programs.
• Coordinate performance management and employee relations activities.
• Handle office administration and day-to-day HR operations.
• Maintain HR records, policies, and statutory compliance requirements.
• Support organizational growth through effective workforce planning and talent management initiatives.

Preferred Candidate:

• Strong experience in sourcing and recruiting technical professionals.
• Excellent stakeholder management and coordination skills.
• Proactive, result-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
