Senior Hotel Operations Manager

We are looking for a Senior Hotel Operations Manager to take ownership of planning, execution, stakeholder coordination and performance tracking. The position will work closely with internal teams, external partners and senior stakeholders to keep priorities moving and turn plans into measurable outcomes. Candidates should bring around 10-14 years of relevant experience, with practical exposure to multi-department operations, P&L. The role requires someone who is comfortable taking ownership rather than waiting for detailed instructions.
